Bought a new bike couple of weeks ago and have ridden about 500 km on it now. I do not really have any complaints other then neck pain. One of my rides 2 weeks ago with lots of climbing and descending (my usual rides are very flat) gave me a real bad neck pain.

The 'bike fit' my dealer die was just measuring my inseam and setting the correct saddle height. However, this was about 5cm (!) too high. Also, the saddle was tilted about 4 degrees forward.

The bike is an Isaac Boson size L (about 56-58 cm), I am 183 cm tall, inseam is 84 cm. The stem is 100mm but it is a one piece so can not be easily replaced.

Changes I have made so far: lowering saddle and put it level. I do not feel like I have a lot of pressure on my hands, i can easily take them off the handlebars. Also no issues in lower back / hip area. I have trouble keeping on the back part of the saddle, somehow I keep moving to the front. The saddle is all the way forward, i did not change that after lowering the saddle, maybe it should be moved back? I also feel I am quite upright on the bike. please note the bike is not entirely level on the trainer. Any tips or feedback would be hugely appreciated.
