• Near po ba siya sa public market?

• Any recommended markets or places to buy food/groceries aside from fast food?

• For those trying to save on utilities, around how much po usually ang estimated monthly bill expenses?

• Kamusta po ang amenities, especially the study area? Madami po bang tao most of the time?

• Okay naman po ba ang gym equipment and complete naman po ba for basic workouts?

• Overall, would you recommend staying there po?

• Are there any common or expected issues we should know about before deciding (e.g. Wi-Fi, water, elevators, security, noise, admin concerns, etc.)?
