Have trouble removing a stuck nut that keeps moving so can’t unscrew or tighten it here a picture

My e-bike is showing error 6 look it up it a battery problem so I brought a new one but they sent me the wrong one twice maybe I bugging this is my old multijoy battery in the two they sent me
