Soooo I spent half of today getting my AI Chief of Staff building me a website....here's what i learned

Firstly, despite a few glitches ( that every platform I have ever used has), It got me from "That idea I've been meaning to get around to for months" to "DONE!" in about 4-5 hours.

It built me a great design, the lead magnet, follow-up emails and even self deployed the entire website to cloudflare via github, 90% with a bit of mandatory intervention from me to put things into cloudflare, and the latest thing we're working on is all the robots.txt, lllms.txt and other stuff to make it truly AEO (Ask Engine Optimization aka LLM SEO) worthy.

The cool thing is that when I started the project, I actually asked it "Hey, we have a project to work on, but for fun I'm not going to tell you what the project is. I'll just give you the domain name, and I want you to work it out".....

.... and it guessed exactly right, laying out the entire plan pretty much exactly as I had it in mind! Super cool. Generally happy with the output....but....I'll be honest, I'm a bit torn as I still overall prefer building in clickfunnels because I can go in and edit things visually, rather than having to always tell the AI to do it for me. At the same time, I am terrible at making pretty designs, so having AI build me pages is great, and the page load speed when directly hosted on Cloudflare is pretty insane.....hmmmmm....

Anyways, not bad for day 1!

Is it just me, or is it virtually impossible to keep up with the developments in digital marketing in that AI is totally changing the game. A lot of the folks I know are using it to write crappy email copy, but now I'm seeing more and more agentic platforms that are more versatile, and actually building sites/funnels and even of course marketing videos etc.

I'm still trying to get up to speed with claude cowork/code, although my business partners have got this thing down! They build all sorts of cool stuff. I'm much more of the traditional funnelbuilder and strategist, but I can see myself building apps to help me do certain things.

I can't image any point in someone building a course on it, because by the time the video is edited and posted, it's already out of date!
