One of my favorite things about collecting retro games is stumbling on excerpts from people’s lives. I bought sonic and knuckles for the genesis and buried in the box was the original receipt. The original owner had bought Earthworm Jim but returned it because it was ‘too hard for their age’. They exchanged it for sonic and knuckles, I hope they enjoyed it.
