For context. I am leasing a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT. I have 2 key fobs and 2 digital keys. They were working fine up until 2 weeks ago. Hyundai service dept at my dealership is saying that you can have one or the other, not both. So my key fobs will do anything but turn the car on. It will unlock the doors, start the car, lock the doors etc. But when I go put the car in drive (I did not have my phone with the digital key at the time) the vehicle turns off. Won’t work until I get my phone and use the digital key. Has anyone experienced something similar and if so, was the removal of the digital keys the solution (I don’t know if this works because I currently have the vehicle in the shop - least I got a loaner though)
