Neighborhood sighting

Im visiting family in SoCal and spotted these in the neighborhood. Is this a pachanoi? PC?
If positive ID, I’m hoping to go back and ask for a cutting!

I saw this on the side of the road and the homeowner was kind enough to let me take a cutting.
I’m not sure on the species though. The ribs seem a bit deep for San Pedro? Ai seems to think it’s likely either San Pedro, blue torch, or blue Myrtle.
Thoughts?
