Oi, just bought used macbook pro 16 m1 pro the other day and I got this.

When bought it noticed it but eventually thought its physical damage because i can very very slightly feel it with my finger but I cant stop thinking about it. This is how it looks zoomed in. Please tell me its not dead pixel.
