I cant find it in mobile for some reason

For context she got her period January 3, February 3 and she was irregular. We had intercourse Febuary 21, only quick unprotected then used condom. I never ejaculated when we did it, I'm thinking precum?

Fast forward March 5 she discharged and got bleeding March 12 night. March 14 she got up from bed from waking up and blood gushed out, she was frequently peeing too and been dizzy sometimes but she's anemic to i don't know. She says it's period so I just let it be. April 8 she said period blood too. says April 14 was ending period. We took pregnancy test when she's supposedly 11 weeks if she is pregnant. It showed negative, we did it multiple days. one morning too. we took one again when she's 13 weeks May 5. 3pm and it showed negative again.

Today she got discharge again May 7 and suddenly fell asleep woke up dizzy and feeling sick.
