I am a direct model looking to hire an experienced OnlyFans chatter to join our existing team of 3 chatters, including an active manager/trainer who assists with onboarding and support.

We are looking to fill the 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM PHT shift for a plus-size creator page focused on strong relationship-building and long-term fan retention.

### Compensation
- Base pay starting at $2/hour
- Tiered commission structure (5%–15%)
- Daily performance bonus opportunities

### Requirements
- Fluent English with strong grammar and communication skills
- Previous OnlyFans chatting experience
- Experience using Infloww
- Strong understanding of OnlyFans Terms of Service
- Comfortable adapting to training, feedback, and evolving systems
- Able to naturally provide a strong “girlfriend experience” style of chatting
- Comfortable working with and representing a plus-size creator brand
- Based in the Philippines

We are looking for someone reliable, coachable, organized, and capable of building genuine connections with subscribers rather than relying on overly scripted selling.
