Hi guys! I have been doing ADF the last month and went from 67kg to 63. I wanna go down to 55kg since its my dream weight. I want to speed it up for summer, and when i ask CHATGPT how much i can loose by doing 2 days fast, then eat 1 day, then repeat, with 10km running every day, it says that i cant loose more than 6kg? That kinda sounds like bullshit. How much can one loose by doing this?

And no this isn’t any eating disordered type of thing, i just want to feel good about myself, the ones who knows how it is to feel bad about ur self, u know lol. I want to get rid of this weight once for all and then maintain my weight
