Seven month old sleep help?
My 7.5 month old never STTN and wakes every 1-3 hours. All I want is at least 4 hour stretches. Can someone look over her sleep schedule for me😭
2.5/2.75/2.75/3
total daytime sleep: 2 hours
total nightime sleep: 11 hours
awake time: 11 hours
she's highly active/FOMO/sensitive
she's never STTN with anymore than 2.5 hours naps and less than 11 hours awake
She can put herself down independently & gets all her calories. we tried two naps a few weeks ago and failed
