I’ve been grinding ARC Raiders for the last 4 days on Xbox Cloud Gaming and just got hit with the ARAU0047 connection error. From what I’ve read here, this seems to be a flag for third-party software.
I want to be transparent: Since xCloud has limited 3 day trial, I was using a script (Better xCloud) to map my KBM to a virtual controller so I could actually play. I don’t have a controller, so this was my only way to jump into the game with the hardware I have.
I didn’t realize this would trigger the anti-cheat as "input spoofing." I wasn't using aimbots or hacks, just trying to make the game playable.
Has anyone else on xCloud had success appealing this? I’ve already sent a ticket to Embark explaining it was a hardware workaround, but I’m worried about my $60 purchase and my progress. Any advice on how to get a human review?
