I was scheduled by myself today, but my manager decided to start a new kid today to help me, so I get to train him while trying to survive. I don’t know if it will be better or worse than being by myself.
I am grateful for the fact that there will be another body there tonight. I used to work for a much larger chain of restaurants, and this is my first Mother’s Day at this smaller place, so maybe it won’t be as bad. Valentine’s Day was horrific though.
I’m scared
