I know some may find my account as someone who is lurking around reddit because bago lang account ko. I created this 2 months ago because I saw it on Google about what are the possibilities na hindi makabayad sa loans from OLAs.
This has been my safe space mula nung nalaman ko na hindi lang pala ako ang may nararanasan na "tapal system".
There were posts I've read na gawa gawa talaga yung kwento but some shows emotions and sincerity.
I appreciate people who dm me and to those people na nagreply sa message requests ko just to answer my questions. It helped me a lot.
On my previous post, I mentioned that I just experienced na may OLA na nag contact sa non references ko and it bothers me so much right now. Ayaw ko mahassle mga tao dahil sa wala akong pambayad ng utang. I am a breadwinner and most of the house expenses are under my responsibility. I cannot say no because wala talagang makakatulong sa amin.
Below are the OLAs I have OD.
Bigloan - sent an email to them prior due date, haven't heard from them anymore
Cash Express - received emails about legal actions. Offered me discount to pay only principal balance but I didn't take it because naka pag extension ako around 17k, lugi na lugi ako. Been a good payer and loaner since 2024 this year lang talaga naghirap magbayad
Cashalo - emailed to them prior OD, considerate and informed me I can pay staggered but still penalty will apply so I did not pay na.
Pesoloan - paid extension for 9k, principal 50k
Megapeso, pesos ph - reached out via WhatsApp through an agent for a payment arrangement but did not reply
Happy Cash, Mocasa, OLP, - haven't reach out to them yet because of anxiety and ayaw ko mabasa mga messages ko sa sim ko (I changed sim because of multiple calls per day)
Spay and SLOAN - OD just this month, I fully decided to focus one loan at a time.
Tonik - cannot retrieve my account pero ang lala ng interest, will reach out to them this week.
Billease - offered me to pay one loan at a time. No issues with this OLA.
GGIVES, GLOAN and GCREDIT - good payer, hindi na OD
ATOME - have tried OD for almost 15 days, nonstop call sa references, kaya binayaran ko every due.
CIMB - OD this statement kasi waiting for discount (they offer after 5-6 days OD)
I am aware that this shouldn't happen but bad decisions were made. Also, led to this path because of people na nag utang sa akin na hindi pa ako binayaran din.
I hope these OLA agents are kind enough to understand the situation. I hope that they won't experience this kind of problem.
