is there anyone who made their nid card before they turned 18 as new rules says you can get nid card when u turn 16.
kindly let me know the process. as many people are saying election office says no one under 18 will get nid.

Already completed the online submission but it submits as form 3 as im underaged (16),but in online it says to fill up form,i dont see any form 2 as option.
kindly help
