Hello! 1st time poster now that I have my Weber Master Touch.
A couple of short ribs from the local butcher.
4 hours slow and low using the snake method.
Basted with Japanese BBQ sawce at the end.
Still a tiny bit chewy, maybe another hour wouldn’t have done harm?
Leg of lamb next!
