Okay, have been posting a lot about it but basically despite warming up ALOT I still got deliverability issue when contacting deliverability testers online (mail reach), I would contact those using the instantly inboxes I bought there but using gmail to send the test email as instantly doesnt really have a feature to simply send emails without it being a whole campaign.

So every results I got from those test was really bad, but the deliverability test from instantly were good, but what if both were right ?

I spoke to instantly's service chat and they told me that "landing in spam from emails that are not from campaigns is not related to the infrastructure (regular or Pre-Warmed DFY accounts)."

So then is my email all good, all warmed up and only "bad" when I send tests on gmail but still very good with campaigns on instantly ? or is that totally dumb and does not make a difference ?

hope I'm not being confusing, this is all so annoying I literally just wanna start sending normally and im stuck at that.

Hey everyone,

I've been setting up my cold email infrastructure for about a month now and I'm stuck on a deliverability issue I can't figure out.

I first started the campaign after three weeks and noticed my deliverability sucked when using tester online so I gave it an extra week after a day of sending. now I am still having the same issue, a month of warming up and literally no reputation at all, all of the spam testers are inconsistent, spam assassin likes me, my technical dmarc and all are set up but my reputation sucks, instantly says my email health is all 100ù but they are full of shit, same thing for their built in deliverability test telling me its all working.

Instantly is literally so unreliable and lying to my face

Setup:

- 2 domains (both ~1 month old)

- 4 inboxes total (2 per domain) on Instantly

- Warmup ran for 4+ weeks, showing 100% on Instantly

- SPF, DKIM, DMARC all configured and verified

- SpamAssassin score: -0.10 (clean)

- IP not blacklisted

- No tracking pixels / open rate disabled

The problem:

When I test deliverability, I get 75% spam on Gmail, Yahoo and AOL. Only 25% inbox on Outlook. Both domains show the same results so it's not inbox-specific.

I've only sent 26 emails so far (just started the actual campaign) so I haven't burned the domains with bad engagement.

Has anyone dealt with this? Is it just a domain age issue and I need to wait longer, or is there something specific I'm missing?

Any help appreciated.
