Hey there y'all!

I need a seamstress who specializes in wedding dress alterations. I have a dress that I want to make several SIGNIFICANT alterations to, such as removing the sleeves, and replacing them with a different style, adding a bustle, and possibly removing the top layer of the skirt, and making it detachable.

Does anyone have recommendations?
