We went to Dreams Royalton Beach last year because of the bigger waterpark and family suite option with second bedroom and bathroom (it was just two connecting rooms). It was nice but not great, food was decent but not great. Kids lost interest in water slides after a day anyway so now we’re looking for a good family AI with great pools and food and either guaranteed connecting rooms or family suites. Waterpark is not a requirement and made the selection a lot more limited and I think less high end. Ideas of good resorts in Cancun with these qualifications? It’s a total game changer to have separate bedrooms and feels more like vacation from my older kids.
