Hello everyone,
i recently suffered two disc bulges in my lower back. I have been doing BOTEC 1 and love your body meditation to heal. I just finished a BOTEC session were I felt some unexpected sensations on my lower back wich Im not sure what to make of. I felt my injured back ‘changing’ somewhat of aggressive trembling and spasm. is this a good sign? is this normal?
I appreciate any opinions. Thanks in advance!
Hello everyone. I have been consistently meditating BOTEC 1 daily for the past two weeks. My main motivation is a spine injury, which I’m confident I will heal. I’ve been feeling great during the meditations and can sense my mind and body slowly evolving, but I’ve also been experiencing considerable fatigue. I’m falling asleep during lectures and while studying; at work I feel unfocused, and overall just tired.
My main concern is that the quality of my meditations has declined. As the fatigue builds, I have a harder time feeling my centers, tuning into their frequency, and blessing them. My question is whether I should decrease the frequency of meditation or push through it.
Any feedback is welcome. Thank you.
