Is this mosin a refurb ex-dragoon?

I bought a mosin years ago, it was a 1943 hex receiver izzy rifle. Sold it in 2018 with some ammo to a friend for $300 to pay rent.

In a much better place now, was kind of disappointed about the massive rise in mosin prices post-import-ban, but it's been on my bucket list to own a mosin once again.

I just bought this one from gunbroker yesterday. It's tula stamped 1933 but seems to be missing the other stamps my 1943 izzy had. Is this an ex-dragoon? I know it's a post-war frankenmosin because the serial number on the ammo clip is crossed out.

I like dragoons and collect dragoon stuff because, long story short, Final Fantasy and Civil War stuff I had as a kid. I know the M91 dragoon would be from pre-1930s. Would this have been a repurposed/rebuilt one?

Super depressing ballad, something about not going on or whatever, plays on the Alternative 80s New Wave station on Pandora but I recall my dad yelling at it saying it's a stretch to call it new wave, although he was probably mad about the song since it's definitely a downer. Not a goth rock song, as that's my interest in that time period. Not punk, not even sure if you'd call it New Wave.

Also not by the following solo acts:
Peter Gabriel
Howard Jones
Phil Collins
Michael Bolton
Lionel Richie
Steve Perry

Had Mazzy Star Fade Into You vibes, but a guy.
