Hi folks. Hope we’re all doing well. I’m 22 and have BP type one. I was on mood stabilisers for a little while but all they did was stabilise a consistently bad mood and make me sleep all day and lose my personality and ability to have thoughts or conversations. I’ve been off them for a little while and on an SSRI, but my doctor has suggested I start lithium as he says it helps with both mania and depression. Do any of you lovely people have experience with Lithium and were those positive experiences. Thanks and take care :)
