Ive been struggling with acne for years, usually it was bumps on my forehead or acne around my chin. Recently my chin acne has finally calmed down but i have these small bumps on my cheeks which i didnt have before. Do you guys have any tips on how to get rid of it? I have very sensitive skin so j cant really use harsh skincare :((

Ive been on citalopram since half january, i started with 10 and im now on 20mg. But im not sure how im supposed to know if its working?? Like idk if i should do a higher doses it change the antidepressants? Like how do i know? Pls help
