I can’t decide between the three and I’m really stuck. Is there anyone here who can help me that are in these fields and could provide some insight for me?

I need help. I’m currently an HM and I can’t decide if I wanna stay in it or switch to YN or LN is anyone in these rates that can give me inside on what I should do I’m really stuck.
