How we do steak at our place
Blade steak. Reverse-seared in butter.
I cut most of the fat off, then season it, then throw it in the rotating actifrier. Makes some delicious "crackilins" or "rinds", whatever the name.
So delicious. My family doesn't even eat anything else. When I do this they're carnivore too haha.
