I see a lot of posts about host agencies but not a lot for Canadians. I have done a TON of research and I really don't want to join one of the big agencies like TTAND or Trevello. I want a smaller agency so I can get the support, a decent commission split and low start up fees. Training and a CRM program is also top on my list. YES I have looked at host agency reviews, but it only has a few Canadian companies and they are all big. I want to be part of a team, not just a number. But I also want to be able to brand my own image.

This seems like a big ask but I run a full time business currently and am looking to start out at this part time until I get a handle on running things and build up a clientele. Any feedback is appreciated!
