
Website bug: Appointment won't submit despite showing availability
I’m running into a frustrating issue trying to schedule an appointment. Every time I log in, I see plenty of open slots, but I can't seem to finalize the booking.
After I click "Submit" (as seen in the screenshot), nothing happens. If I return to the homepage, the fields are blank again. Weirdly, if I use the direct URL for the confirmation page, I can see my appointment for a few minutes before it disappears.
Is this a bug or am I missing a step?
