Hi I am an independent model (no agency, you are working directly only with me) and looking to hire one chatter.
This is a part-time job currently. I will hire full-time once I find the right girl that shows me I can trust her.
I mainly use Fansly but I am re-enabling my OnlyFans this month as well so you would be managing both accounts. You MUST be familiar with both.
What to expect from me:
- I do not have an agency. Everything is run 100% by me.
- At the beginning of the month we’ll set a goal and if you meet it, I will give you a bonus.
- I will organize everything for you. You do not need to worry about making sets out of my content. I just want you to focus on chatting and upselling in chats :)
What you’ll do:
- You will be in charge of chatting with fans
- You will be upselling content in chat
- You will be taking orders and scheduling them for me on my calendar (I have a customs menu for my fans to order content from me)
Pay & Perks (part-time):
- $3/hr
- 5% commission on all sales you create in DM’s (media, text, my customs menu)
- Performance bonuses (I will send you a bonus at the end of every month if you hit the monthly goal)
- Bi-weekly payments through Wise
Shift:
- 3 days a week, 3 hours a day
- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11pm to 2am (CT)
Requirements:
- At least C1 English level, we will have a phone call interview so please be proficient in english
- Fast learner, proactive and reliable
- Friendly and likes to hustle
- 1 year chatter experience required
