Hi,

Me and my partner are FTB, lenders valuation for a mortgage was rejected as the house has been valued £12,250 lower than our offer.

The mortgage broker has suggested applying with another lender, but with that info I feel a bit ridiculous applying again knowing the house is worth less.

We like the house and the area etc. do we apply through another lender or should we try and renegotiate the price now?

Any advice appreciated
