Question to founders : Would you pay for a tool like Loom, but it uses AI to swap your face? (For camera-shy founders)
Hey guys, looking to validate a quick idea before I write any code.
Every time I see a killer product demo on X or youtube etc., the founder has their face in that little bubble in the corner. I know the standard advice is that it builds trust and engagement.
But honestly? I hate being on camera. And I know a few of other solo devs prefer to keep their privacy or stay semi-anonymous.
So, would you pay for a tool that works exactly like Loom or Screen Studio, but it seamlessly face-swaps you in the bubble?
You would record naturally so it still captures your real head movements, voice, and expressions (keeping that human feel), but the final output shows a consistent, realistic AI face instead of your actual face.
Basically: all the engagement of a "founder-led" demo, with zero anxiety about putting your actual face out there.
Is this a real pain point you'd actually pay to solve, or should I just get over my camera fear? Let me know your brutally honest thoughts.
