Hello all, as the title would suggest I am fixing on transferring this fall to a non-target school majoring in finance. I am coming from CC and currently do not have any internships under my belt (although I am working on getting a summer internship now) but do have some earlier experiences working as an assistant to a CEO of a small IB related company.

I am pretty concerned about not being able to find any positions after graduating especially after scrolling through this sub the past couple of days and seeing just how intense and accredited you need to be in order to break into this field (at least high level). My question is, being that I still have 2 more years in undergrad, what should I be doing right now? Should I double major in something else just in case? My current GPA is a 3.6 and as I mentioned before the school I plan on transferring to is a non-target. Would possibly getting a master at a more prestigious university help? I don't know I am feeling quite lost right now and a bit overwhelmed by all the seeming requirements that need to be met to even have a chance in this industry.

Any input is greatly appreciated!
