I don't know what they're doing but the lack of transparency is bothering me. The actual rewards are total junk, and this unlocking of rewards that never seem to unlock is really frustrating. I don't like guessing and I feel like this has become a total waste of time. I have been using their app for almost 3 years and this is the first time I have genuinely been disappointed and dissatisfied with it.

Does anyone feel this way? Am I being unreasonable?
