



FM 3:02, HM in two weeks. Time??
I’m trying to learn from my ”mistake” this Cph marathon.
I went out little to slow (was going for sub3:10) but felt strong and then got all out trying to chase sub 3 and failed and got 3:02.
I’m going to run a half marathon, Göteborgsvarvet in two weeks and want to have a more steady pace instead.
What should pace do you think I should aim for?
