This central labret is about 2 months old and has been healing great until (maybe) now. I downsized like 2 weeks ago and haven’t had any problems. I have been traveling which makes me anxious and I was nervously playing with it over the last few days and I noticed this white bump. There isn’t sharp pain but it’s a little uncomfy. I have since stopped messing with it and I googled and seems like others have gotten these too but I wanted to see if anyone had advice.
