Hey everyone! I am planning on going to Switzlerand for 7 days as a solo traveler. After that, I will be meeting up with my family for 2 weeks in Italy. I would love if you could give some feedback or tips for my itinerary. I feel it is too much lol.

Day 1 — Zürich

• Lindt Home of Chocolate
• Bahnhofstrasse watch shopping
• Fondue dinner
• Old Crow cocktail bar

Day 2 — Lucerne → Mürren

• Chapel Bridge
• Lucerne Old Town
• Lake Lucerne boat trip
• travel to Mürren (3 nights base)

Day 3 — Lauterbrunnen + Lake Brienz

• Valley floor walk
• Staubbach Falls
• Trümmelbach Falls
• Spissbachfall
• Cycle to Stechelberg
• Lake Brienz evening boat trip
• Dinner in Mürren

Day 4 — Schilthorn

• Birg Thrill Walk
• Schilthorn Piz Gloria
• Northface Trail hike back to Mürren

Day 5 — Grindelwald

• First Cliff Walk
• Paragliding
• Overnight in Interlaken

Day 6 — Kandersteg

• Hike up to Oeschinensee
• Hike around the lake and swim
• Gondola down
• Kandersteg village
• Overnight Interlaken

Day 7 — GoldenPass to Montreux

• GoldenPass Express
• Gruyères medieval village + cheese factory
• Château de Chillon
• Montreux lakeside walk
• Overnight Montreux

Day 8 — Train to Venice

• Montreux → Venice (~6 hrs)

Hey everyone! I recently just accepted an offer at Raytheon! I was wondering how long it would take to get an email about security clearance? I need it on day one of when I start. I was wondering if anyone can give any insight or have ever been in a similar situation. Thank you so much!
