Hi indoor gardeners! There was a similar reddit post to this one posted 10 years ago, but I wanted to hear more recent responses. For context, I'm a design student looking into creating planters that are more aesthetically pleasing and better suited for indoor enviorments. However, I wanna know if aesthetic planters are even desirable. I know a lot of people purchase plants for their aesthetic purposes, but what about planters?
Do you guys value aesthetics when it comes to looking for a pot? How likey are you to spend money on a more expensive pot that is made out of more sustainable materials, like terracotta, than the counterpart, plastic?
