Hi everyone, I made an account around 6 to 7 years ago (octomber 2019) I was active on it for about a year or so anyway , a few months or so in 2022 my old phone which had my account broke and I went from android to iPhone so I didn't have my data from the old phone and due to personal issues I wasn't really socializing with anyone and I hadn't bothered to even download Instagram, now in the present I wanna recover said account but I find really difficult since ive got a trashy memory and I only remember the first half of the email and second that I don't remember the password, I heard someone say that the last location in which I logged with the account could help me? That much I know since I was in summer break back then and I wasn't really going out, can anyone help me out?
