I have been on MJ for 6 1/2 months, lost 20kg, abt 8 to go. But am actually happy with my weight/body now (177cm, 94kg, 30BMI, M64). Have been on the low & slow track - 4mg a week at the moment.
I started weight training in Feb. I am def putting on muscle, so am not worried about losing and have plateau'd the last month.
I also started split dosing (2mg on Fri & 2mg on Tue) a month ago. This has reduced my peaks where I felt sick for 1-2 days & raised the trough on food noise Thursday.
I looked at my levels on Glapp Ap & realised I can drop down 0.5mg a week & still be in my sweet spot. Yesterday I injected 1.75mg to try this out.
It's funny as I am kind of on maintainance (ie a long stall) & am curious to see where this leads.
