Have any of you seen a therapist who does virtual appointments who has actually helped you overcome social issues? I have struggled to develop close friendships since I can remember but I crave deeper relationships. I have an amazing spouse who I consider to be my best friend, but I need close girlfriends. I find it fairly easy to make friends, but cannot seem to make truly close friends.
I'm not that interested in mining my past - I want someone who will help me make concrete changes, ideally someone who specializes in CBT.

Hi bitches! My mother is visiting this Friday though this coming Monday. I have an infant and am in the process of moving and haven't had time to plan things to do while she's here, but I should be able to sneak out of my apartment to hang out with her in the evenings.
