What would you like to accomplish?
My grandmother wants to get a new printer, as she was having some major issues with her last one. She is not tech-savvy at all, so I am looking for a printer that is easy to set up, easy to use, and preferably does not need any apps (an app for set-up is ok, but not an app that is required for printing). There is not really anyone to help her if something is wrong with the printer, as my family does not live near her, so it needs to be easy enough for her to use it on her own.
Are there any models you are currently looking at?
My grandmother likes HP and trusts that brand. Through my own research, I have been looking at an HP LaserJet M209d or an HP LaserJet M110w. I wanted to consult this community to see if anyone had any other suggestions.
