how can I find my PVO, SVO ? and when we call just ask them directly "what is my pvo and svo?" then they will give us?

Hello, I’ve noticed that since April 2 (the day I submitted my biometrics), I was receiving ghost updates once a week for three weeks. However, it has now been about 10 days since April 22, and I haven’t seen any updates.
