Hi, I've been regularly experiencing sleep paralysis since 5th grade — known as karabasan in Islam. At first it was terrifying because back then I was Muslim and believed in Islam (in case you don't know, in Islam sleep paralysis is associated with jinn/spirits, as far as I'm aware). No matter what I tried, I couldn't fix it. If anyone has had similar experiences, how did you get through it? I'm genuinely exhausted from not being able to sleep properly. If anyone has a solution, I'd really appreciate the help.
