Hello, I recently purchased an ol family 20ft sun tracker party barge. After doing some routine maintenance I discovered an old half inch hole on both of the front toons, presumably used for drainage on the undersides. Attached are photos of both. Also one of the fins has a decent crack that has been “patched up” with silicone over the years. Also photo attached. I talked to multiple aluminum welders and it was brought to my attention that I should proceed with caution due to the aluminum being roughly 20 years old.

Ideally I’d get a weld done to fix all three issues. But now I’m second guessing if this is the best fix. Outside of silicone and some form of patches or brackets. Any solutions?
