Bought a raised ranched 3 br 2 bathroom. One bathroom is great, recently redone with a shower. The second bathroom is barely a bathroom. The toilet is in the laundry room, it’s very tight, enclosed by 3 walls, raised up due to plumbing issues and very close to ceiling. Feels like you are in a tight box when using it and can barely stand up. It feels like the house has only 1 bathroom. Would love another bathroom upstairs. The only spot it could fit is converting a small bedroom into a bathroom. Worried about the house being a 2 bedroom instead of 3 after the change which could be hard to sell… any thoughts? Also any ball park idea of the cost to add to convert bedroom into a bathroom? Looking to add a sink & toilet and flooring.
