*I’m traveling in June with my 14yo son to Munich and Salzburg. Would love your thoughts on our itinerary. Is it too much? Is there something I’m skipping that we must do?
*Day1: Arrive Munich in morning. Walk around old town or English Garden or visit Deutsche museum depending on how we feel.
*Day 2: Walking food tour
*Day3: Day trip to Neuschwanstein and ride Alpine coaster. This is a tour we’ve signed up for.
*Day 4: Residenz in the morning. Afternoon train to Salzburg. Mozart dinner/concert in the evening
*Day 5: Salzburg walking tour in the morning. Apple strudel making class in the afternoon.
*Day 6: Tour: Hallstatt and salt mines. All day tour.
*Day 7: Tour: Eagles Nest in the morning. Late afternoon train back to Munich.
*Day 8: Dachau tour
*Day 9: Flight back home.
