I’ve tested negative twice, but period is a week late and i don’t know what to do from here
For context, my period has been pretty regular for years, though It’s not uncommon for my expected date to be off by about 2-3 days each month; that’s what’s normal for me. However, it is now 7 days past when I expected my period to start this month, and I (stupidly) had unprotected sex for a few minutes pretty close to my ovulation window last month. He pulled out way before he finished of course, but still this has me pretty worried.
So, naturally, I took a couple at home tests, both negative. But I’m still worried since my period has not come back yet. Is there a chance that I could be pregnant but it’s just not showing up on tests for some reason? What should I do now? I don’t want to freak out if the odds of that are super low or something, but I really don’t know why else my period would not be here yet
