I have had this Monstera adonsonii for about 3 months now. It was doing fine with very minimal tiny brown spots that I thought was under watering...

Then two of the smaller leaves began to yellow and completely die off. Once that happened, I thought maybe I was over water and repotted into new substrate (1:1 perlite and regular Promix (not high porosity)) and checked over the roots. Everything looked happy so I am just so confused!

The only other thing that this might be is fertilizer burn as I use a 10-10-10 and dilute it down to 1/4 the recommended amount and use it each time I water. I am not sure though because I can see cells in the leaves lysing which leads me to believe overwatering.

The plant is under a full spectrum light for 14 hours a day and now its biggest leaf and stems are beginning to yellow. I am so worried and want to save her :(

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. Maybe I should stop messing with her...
