Hello!
I live in a townhome that had an opened access spigot for a hose, I usually don’t keep my hose outside, it gets rolled up and stored in my garage. But I have been sick for the last few days and left it outside for a day or 2. This has never been an issue and I can’t find anything in my lease or community handbook, etc that states we cannot have a hose. Today my hose is gone & the spigot is locked. No warning, notice, nothing just gone. Is this legal?
