Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to relet my apartment at Onyx Apartments for Fall 2026–Spring 2027.
I’m graduating soon and found a job elsewhere, so I’m hoping to find someone to take over my lease for next year.
The apartment is located at 1361 N Lincoln Ave. It’s a 3rd-floor 4 bed / 2 bath unit, and this is Room A. You would share a bathroom with one other person, and the room comes with a queen bed.
Rent is $605/month.
Utilities: Water is included, so you would only need to pay electricity. The unit also has a large washer and dryer, electric stove, garbage disposal, and a TV included in the living room.
Amenities include a 24/7 gym, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, grilling area, beanbag area, study lounge, free printing, free parking, and gated access. It is also pet-friendly and close to the 22S Illini bus route.
All of my current roommates are also moving back home, so you would either have new roommates assigned or could choose people you want to live with.
